Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends like quantum computing and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Forge partnerships with startups, academia, and global research institutions
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ technological capabilities
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
