Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and innovation hubs
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience building and managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
