- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to bridge theoretical concepts with practical implementations
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and regulatory developments affecting innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal tech literacy programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
