Responsibilities

- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping initiatives with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, startups, and research institutions for tech scouting
- Present technology impact assessments and adoption strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons, tech talks, and emerging tech incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future technology deployment landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-continental R&D partnerships
