Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with UN SDG-aligned tech development frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaboration projects
