- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3.0) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for tech disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage a specialized future-tech incubation team

Qualifications
