Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and scenario planning for 2026-2030 horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive prototype development and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
