- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of 2026-era technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in IEEE/MIT journals
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor next-gen engineers through internal tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record commercializing quantum/AI innovations (patents/portfolio required)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/industry R&D grants
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
