Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep understanding of tech policy implications and ethical frameworks for 2026
