Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities across business units
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through proprietary data streams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Author quarterly technology foresight briefs for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle) preferred
