Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) and assess their business implications
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with long-term company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
