Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 3+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and distributed systems
- Proven track record scaling enterprise platforms to 7+ figures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or similar journals
- Certification in Quantum Engineering or AI Ethics (preferred)
- Experience with federal/state tech policy (e.g., NIST AI Framework)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering (required)
