Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Robotics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify high-impact innovation opportunities and secure necessary resources.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable systems capable of supporting global growth.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption to ensure security and compliance.
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product strategy, or technical consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Future Tech trends, specifically AI evolution and Web3 infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and system scalability.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
