- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum, neuromorphic, biocomputing) and assess commercial viability
- Architect ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Partner with Product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to board stakeholders via data-driven scenario planning
- Mentor tech teams in next-gen methodologies (e.g., synthetic biology integration)
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with exposure to emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, technology roadmapping)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technological transitions
- Publishing/ speaking record at tech foresight conferences (e.g., Singularity Summit)
