Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of technological experimentation
- Analyze competitive landscapes and geopolitical factors influencing tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
