Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform technology investment decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with technology innovators, startups, and research institutions
- Oversee R&D initiatives and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Create frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
