- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize next-gen product innovations aligned with 2026 market projections
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for technology adoption and disruption risk assessment
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state roadmaps
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Present visionary technology narratives to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism research with Fortune 500 or startup experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., Web3, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic technology initiatives with business impact
