- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Ensure ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CTO-equivalent roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech specialization
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience scaling technology teams and managing complex innovation portfolios
