- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into core product development
- Build and lead a dedicated future technology incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology roadmaps with 3+ year horizons

- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
