Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to assess disruptive technologies and their market impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies

- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or published research
