Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent strategy targeting 50+ IP filings by 2026
- Mentor emerging tech entrepreneurs in our accelerator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technologies achieving $100M+ market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent field with peer-reviewed publications
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and global tech policy frameworks
- Executive-level experience scaling R&D teams from 20 to 200+ members
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Technology Strategy from MIT Sloan or Stanford d.school
