Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and oversee venture scouting activities
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong network with venture capitalists and academic institutions
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and futures modeling
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
