Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards of directors
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading technology research institutions
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in future technology fields
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from Wharton, MIT)
