Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future tech adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis, patent strategy, and emerging market entry

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trends (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)

- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders

- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies (articles, patents, or speaking engagements)
