- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven risk/benefit frameworks
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, research institutions, and innovation labs
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership publications, and industry conferences
- Oversee technology portfolio allocation across emerging domains (Web4, biotech integration, autonomous systems)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
