Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
