Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with global expansion and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present high-stakes recommendations to executive board on tech investments and pivots
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech leaders and academic institutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Mentor next-gen tech talent in futuristic methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with 100+ stakeholder engagements
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS or Foresight Institute)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience scaling tech startups to unicorn valuations
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
