- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation lab budget ($2M+) and vendor relationships for emerging tech
- Author thought leadership reports on technology disruption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Roadmapping
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on complex tech concepts
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for advanced AI deployment
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
