Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and organizational objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks addressing climate challenges and resource optimization
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging fields and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech integration, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
