Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to market launch
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technology disruption
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across 15+ global business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems, or neurotechnology
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
