Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into existing platforms
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory impacts on innovation strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global markets
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
