Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligning with UN SDG and global innovation trends

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI governance frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget across quantum computing and biotech verticals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum conferences
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, S-curves)
- Experience securing government grants and DARPA-level funding
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE) and Quantum Computing fundamentals
