- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubators with $10M+ annual budget
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation roles
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven success scaling tech products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with futures methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (global partnerships)
