Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop innovation roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs, and resource allocation plans
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure cross-departmental buy-in
- Monitor technology ROI and iterate strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics
- Foster a culture of experimentation through pilot programs and rapid prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF, or equivalent)
