- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage external innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management initiatives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with future-tech focus
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Executive-level experience developing technology roadmaps
- Strong background in innovation management or corporate strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTP, CSTM) preferred
