Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate innovation cycles for future-ready solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on our innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven experience leading quantum computing, AI, or biotech initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, Microsoft Azure AI)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and ESG compliance standards
- Track record of developing commercialization strategies for pre-market technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
