Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and competitive disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Architect secure, scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Incubator program
- Secure patents and IP portfolios for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of experimental technologies
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Security clearance eligibility for classified R&D projects
