Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and assess market impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategy implementation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech investment valuation
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (articles, patents, or conferences)
- Experience with agile transformation methodologies
