Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and R&D investment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into current roadmaps
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and executing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
