Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, identifying AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an internal innovation lab focused on next-gen technology applications
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational culture shift toward agile experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products in tech-forward industries
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, and blockchain
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams within Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration required
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication mastery
