Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track implementation progress
- Manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Ensure all initiatives adhere to data privacy and ethical AI standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and future-casting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to align tech with revenue goals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
