Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership

- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified in Future Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
