Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Build and manage an innovation incubator for 2026-focused projects
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in futurism/innovation roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, biotech integration, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leader in technology foresight (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
