Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a team of 8-10 specialists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record developing commercialized emerging tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals or conferences
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully launched innovative products/services
