Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms, blockchain consensus mechanisms, or neuromorphic systems
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act compliance)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10M+ user impact
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future technology paradigms
- Experience with regulatory sandbox environments (Fintech, MedTech)
- Mastery of technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on 2030+ tech trajectories
