Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic plans
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate frontier technology investments
- Present future technology scenarios at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in deploying AI/quantum solutions at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in sustainable technology design principles
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE 2026 standards)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-continental R&D initiatives
