Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Develop strategic technology adoption plans for emerging markets
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technical vision with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior architects and foster innovation culture
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong background in strategic technology planning
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
