Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and distributed systems
- Proven track record shipping AI/ML products at scale
- Familiarity with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and ethical AI frameworks
- Strong background in human-computer interaction and neural interfaces
- Experience with climate tech simulation tools (e.g., CMIP6)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Ability to secure US government clearances (if applicable)
