Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market positioning
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen technologies in simulated future environments
- Present strategic technology forecasts and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R consortia for future-tech scouting
- Drive cultural transformation programs to embed future-thinking methodologies across all business units
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic trends to anticipate their impact on technology adoption and regulation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products with 5+ year market impact
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with cross-cultural teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation Management required
