Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 industry transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial products
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology R&D with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of shipping innovative products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or blockchain
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with agile development and cross-functional leadership
- Published research or patents in relevant fields preferred
